High temperature chain oil for the lubrication of BRÜCKNER TDO chains

Very low rate of evaporation which provides a long wet film life at high temperatures.
Low viscosity increase at elevated temperatures eliminating the risk of tube blockage on automatic lubrication systems.
Minimises frictional heat generation on rail systems allowing higher production speeds.
Added load carrying properties provide excellent anti-wear protection of the pins and MONORAIL.
Will not form hard carbon deposits in the oilways or on the chain pins and bearings.

Specially designed for lubricating the chain pins on BRÜCKNER TDO chains adopting the roller system with Continuous Bearing Contact (CBC).

Based on a new synthetic ester and additive combination designed to give a long wet film life at temperatures up to 250°C.

No viscosity increase at elevated temperatures eliminating the risk of tube blocking on automatic lubricating equipment.

Suitable for use on modern chain construction and for high speed operation.

Cleans and penetrates into chain pins and keeps oil ways free from contamination.
